Q: Do you have a retail store location I can visit?

A: Yes and No. PC Audio offers you free in home consultations or demonstrations of the products we sell either here or in your own home or office by appointment only. Popping by for a visit is not an option. Selected products are available by order to anywhere in Canada. PayPal or Interac e-Transfer are the only payment methods accepted for these orders.

Q: Are you an authorized dealer for the products you sell?

A: Yes. PC Audio is an authorized seller of all the products we offer. As such all manufactures warranties are valid.

Q: Which methods of payment do you accept for your products and services?

A: PC Audio accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, EnRoute via PayPal (no premiums charged), Interac e-Transfer or cash for payments.

Q: How do I arrange a consultation with you?

A: Simply call me at 519.434.3290 or 519.619.1531 or email me at michael@pcaudio.ca and I will arrange a convenient time for you. Consultations and demonstrations are available every day either here or at your location from 10am until 8pm.

Q: Do you sell the products you represent outside of the London Ontario area?

A: Yes. Selected products are available to be shipped anywhere in Canada only. We ship via insured Expedited Canada Post with tracking information provided. All shipping rates are quoted by individual order.
